Essential Oils

I use a lot of essential oils around the house. Here are some of my favorite essential oils that are great for beginners. 

Lemon- uplifts mood, wakes you up, good for sore throats.

Peppermint- this oil gives a cooling feeling. Used for pain, headaches, flavor food, respiratory issues.

Lavender- used for headaches, calming and relaxation, helps with sleep and reducing stress.

Lemongrass- used for antiperspirant, calming and clears sinuses.

Eucalyptus- used for clearing out sinuses, gives energy and helps with asthma symptoms.

Tea Tree Oil-this oil is an antiseptic. Used for treating dandruff, additive to cleaner and helps with asthma symptoms.
