The Changes of the Seasons

"The summer's oppressive heat was a distant memory, and the golden leaves promised a world full of beautiful adventuresThey made me believe in miracles.”
― Sarah Guillory

I've always viewed new seasons as a new lease on life. Now that Fall is officially here, I've found myself getting ready for the coldness that the next season will bring. This is time of year I try to make my home as cozy as possible.
This is a great time to get yourself organized and to declutter. If you're in the Midwest, like myself, I'm sure you're getting your cold weather outfit and supplies ready. I know I am. As I go through my closet, I think to myself, "Am I really going to wear this when it's warmer?" Be ruthless with your purging. Just think, the more possessions you give away, the less you have to pack away until next year.

I find that as I purge more and more, I feel myself lighter. I hope you get that feeling, too.
